MPFA offices to be relocated next Monday
The MPFA and its wholly-owned subsidiary eMPF Platform Company Limited (eMPF Company) will be relocated to Level 12, Tower 1, The Millennity, 98 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong with effect from 24 April 2023 (Monday). The offices currently located at Tower 1 of Kowloon Commerce Centre in Kwai Chung and Tower 1 of Millennium City 1 in Kwun Tong will cease to operate on the same day.
An MPFA spokesman said that the MPFA has always adhered to stringent fiscal discipline and prudent financial management. The consolidation of the two MPFA offices into one will reduce the total office area by more than 20%, thereby saving office rental and related expenses of approximately $14 million per annum from financial year 2023-24 onwards. The consolidation of office space will not only result in cost savings, but will also strengthen internal communication among colleagues, as well as between the MPFA and the eMPF Company, enhancing operational efficiency.
After the office relocation, MPFA’s public enquiry telephone, fax numbers and email addresses will remain unchanged. Members of the public may call the MPFA hotline 2918 0102 for enquiries.
