MPF Fun Day and Investment Information Centre equips you with MPF investment knowledge
As an MPF scheme member, you are always advised to learn more about, and take good care of, your MPF throughout your life-long MPF journey. With the launch of the Employee Choice Arrangement (ECA) in November, you will enjoy greater autonomy of choice in the selection of an MPF scheme and you should therefore keep up to date with the latest.
The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) organises a great variety of community activities and exhibitions in different districts to deepen public understanding of MPF investment. The coming roving exhibition MPF Investment Information Centre will also provide the latest information on ECA. It will be held this weekend (25 & 26 August) from 11am to 6pm in the 1/F Atrium of Tsuen Wan Plaza. To kick off the event, there will be an MPF Fun Day on Saturday afternoon at the same venue.
Details of the event are as follows:
MPF Fun Day
The Fun Day is jointly organised by the MPFA and the Commercial Radio. Famous host of financial radio programmes Chan Wing Luk will offer tips on MPF investment, while artiste Sharon Chan will share with the audience her retirement plan. A number of singers will also join the Fun Day to play games with the audience and give out prizes. The games are themed on MPF and it is hoped that participants can learn more about MPF in light-hearted way.
Roving Exhibition MPF Investment Information Centre
There will be a thematic exhibition on ECA and MPF investment, as well as game booths, with participants having the chance to get an "MPFA x Maggiology" wall mug (while stocks last).
In addition, the MPFA has arranged for CFPCM Certified Financial Planners to be stationed at the MPF Investment Information Centre to provide free and independent analysis of MPF investments and retirement plans. Contact Miss Lam of the MPFA at 2292 1259 to make an appointment to meet a CFPCM Certified Financial Planner.
