MPFA to provide basic and limited services from 3 February
In view of the latest preventive measures against the novel coronavirus announced by the Government, the offices of MPFA, situated in Kwai Chung, Kwun Tong and Sheung Wan, will remain closed from 3 February to 9 February but will provide basic and limited services to the public to reduce the risk of the novel coronavirus’ spread in the community.
During that period, members of the public can make enquiries through email, obtain MPF-related information through the interactive voice response system of MPFA’s enquiry telephone hotline or leave a message in its voice mail/ email inbox for follow-up by MPFA. Many useful information and Frequently Asked Questions are also available in the MPFA website for reference.
MPFA will extend the work from home arrangement for its staff until 9 February. MPFA will keep reviewing the latest situation and announce any updates on its website (mpfa.org.hk).
