MPFA is committed to enforcement work with the primary objectives to ensure compliance with the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance and the Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance, protect the legitimate rights of scheme members and relevant stakeholders and uphold the integrity and credibility of the MPF System.

MPFA may take enforcement actions against non-compliance of the following:

• Employers
• Scheme Members
• Self-employed Persons
• MPF Intermediaries and Persons carrying on regulated activities without MPF intermediary registration
• MPF Trustees
• ORSO Employers and Administrators
