As part of the public education initiative, the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) has published an All-in-One Guidebook that provides useful information for the public.

The Guidebook, with vividly drawn cartoons, covers an overview of the MPF System, frequently asked questions & answers as well as things-to-note for employers, employees and self-employed persons.

From 6 March 2000 onwards, the Chinese short version of the guidebook is available for public collection at eighteen public enquiry service centres of the Home Affairs Department and twenty-one offices of the Labour Department.
