The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) has produced eight one-minute television episodes to explain the key features of the MPF system and fund investment.

The episodes, available in both English and Chinese, will be broadcast on TVB Jade, TVB Pearl, ATV Home, ATV World and Cable TV during the 8-9 pm time slot from January 2 to 9.

Hosting the programmes will be Mr Albert Cheng and Mr Geoff Wong respectively.  The two well-known radio broadcasters will elaborate on employers’ responsibilities, employees’ rights, responsibilities of the self-employed and MPF fund investment in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

They will also remind employers to enroll their employees into an MPF scheme before the end of the permitted period on January 29 and make their first MPF contributions by February 10.
