MPFA customer service counters to close from 7 February
In view of the latest development of the COVID-19 pandemic and related announcement made by the Government, the MPFA will close the customer service counters in its Kwai Chung, Kwun Tong and Sheung Wan offices from next Monday (7 February) until further notice. The MPFA will contact those who have made appointments to visit the above customer service counters for alternative arrangements.
The MPFA’s telephone enquiry hotline 2918 0102 will continue to provide normal service from 8:45am to 5:45pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Members of the public may also make enquiries through email at mpfa@mpfa.org.hk or leave a message in the hotline voice mail for follow-up by the MPFA. Useful MPF information and frequently asked questions are available on the MPFA website www.mpfa.org.hk for reference. The MPFA encourages MPF scheme members to make use of the MPFA’s electronic tools to manage their MPF such as e-Enquiry of Personal Account (ePA) platform and its mobile app as well as the one-stop MPF Fund Platform and its mobile app.
With a view to minimizing the chance of virus transmission, MPFA has implemented work from home arrangement for its staff except those who are required to provide essential public services or need to work in office due to operational requirements.
