MPFA organises ECA Fun Days

The Employee Choice Arrangement (ECA) has been in place for nearly three months and the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) has rolled out various publicity initiatives to inform the public about the new arrangement. As part of its continuous efforts to enhance public understanding of ECA, the MPFA is organising a series of ECA Fun Days in different districts in the coming months. Members of the public are welcome to take part to learn more about ECA, play games and win souvenirs.
 
The first ECA Fun Day will be held this weekend. Details are as follows:
Date:      26 & 27 January 2013 (Saturday and Sunday)
Time:       11am to 6pm
Venue:     Central Atrium, G/F, Olympian City 2, West Kowloon
 
Each ECA Fun Day will feature:
  • a consultation counter – where you can have your questions on MPF answered and be taught how to fill in the ECA benefit transfer form;
  • an exhibition – where you can get useful information on ECA; and
  • game booths – where you can learn more about ECA and win souvenirs by participating in the games.
In addition, MPF Boss, Laimaan@Rubberband (泥鯭) will be at the venue with various singers and artistes, including Sammy Leung (森美), Sugar Club (糖兄妹) and Siufay (小肥), from 3 to 5pm on 26 January (Saturday) to play games with the audience and to give out souvenirs. Members of the public can join any time for free. No registration is needed.

The MPFA will organise two more ECA Fun Days in February and March. Details will be announced later.
