MPFA Reminds Public of Impersonated Staff
The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) today (Thursday, 18 December 2003) reminds the public of bewaring of persons impersonating as MPFA staff. The reminder is issued following reports have been received that some people impersonated MPFA staff to solicit information.
"Members of the public, who have doubt about the identity of people claimed to be MPFA staff, can call 29180102 to verify," an MPFA spokesperson said.
The spokesperson stresses that all staff of the MPFA are issued with a staff card and name card for identification purpose. Members of the public can request any persons who claim to be MPFA staff to present such identification documents for verification.
