The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) today released the latest issue of the MPFA Newsletter. The cover story is about the MPFA’s media spring lunch, at which the major areas of work of the MPFA this year were introduced. Among the priorities are the tax deduction to encourage scheme members to make extra MPF contributions, enhancing the transparency of fund information, and developing the eMPF centralized platform.

This issue also features details of the Tax Deductible Voluntary Contributions (TVCs) to be launched on 1 April 2019, the new features and application details of the 2018–19 Good MPF Employer Award, and the MPFA’s latest publication and advertorial series under the theme “Overcoming blind spots for a happy retirement”.
