MPFA to resume normal public services from 4 May
The MPFA‘s public services will resume normal from next Monday (4 May).
The offices of the MPFA, situated in Kwai Chung, Kwun Tong and Sheung Wan, including the customer service counters, will re-open from 8:45am to 5:45pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays); its telephone enquiry hotline (2918 0102) will also resume service at the same time.
An MPFA spokesperson said that the MPFA will follow the measures suggested by the Centre for Health Protection to implement social distancing and other precautionary measures at the customer service counters, and urge members of the public to make general enquiries through email (mpfa@mpfa.org.hk) or telephone enquiry hotline, or visit the MPFA’s website for more MPF information which will offer greater convenience and save more time. If there is any practical need (e.g. submission of documents) to visit the customer service counter in person, members of the public have to strictly follow the MPFA’s infection prevention guidelines during their visit.
Members of the public should use the digital services provided by their MPF trustees, as well as the digital tools provided by the MPFA, including the e-Enquiry of Personal Account (ePA) platform and its mobile app, together with the one-stop MPF Fund Platform and its mobile app, to handle MPF matters.
