The information shown on this list is a register of trustees (“Approved Trustees”) approved by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority ("MPFA") under section 20 of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance, Cap.485 to administer MPF registered schemes in accordance with the MPF legislation.

The main purposes of this list are to enable members of the public to ascertain through this website whether a trustee is approved by the MPFA and to provide them with the approval details and contact information of Approved Trustees, in connection with obtaining service from Approved Trustees. Any person making use of this list is prohibited from using the information contained therein for any purpose other than the purposes mentioned above. 

Although this list may be updated every working day, it may not contain the most up-to-date information of all Approved Trustees as there is a time lag in processing and updating the information in the list. The information contained in this list and any hyperlinked websites included therein (if any) are provided for general information purposes only. The MPFA endeavours to ensure that the information contained in this list is accurate as at the date of publication, but does not warrant its accuracy or accept any liability (including third party liability) for any loss or damage, whether or not arising from any error or omission in compiling such information.
