The MPF Exempted ORSO Schemes Register ("Register") is a database of occupational retirement schemes ("ORSO Schemes") for which exemption from MPF requirements has been granted by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority ("MPFA").

The sole purpose of this Register is to enable members of the public to ascertain whether or not an ORSO Scheme has been exempted from MPF requirements and to obtain the basic information of the scheme. Any use of personal data in this Register for purposes other than the above-mentioned purpose is prohibited unless prior consent is given voluntarily by the individuals who are the subjects of the data pursuant to Data Protection Principle 3 in Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Although the Register is updated every working day, it may not contain the most up-to-date information of all MPF Exempted ORSO Schemes as there is a time lag in processing and updating the information of the MPF Exempted ORSO Schemes on the Register.
