This register contains registration information on MPF intermediaries who are registered with the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (“MPFA”) for carrying on regulated activities, and information on the last 5-year disciplinary orders(except private reprimand), if any, imposed by the MPFA against MPF intermediaries.

Pursuant to the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Cap.485), the main purposes of this register are to enable members of the public to ascertain whether the member of the public is dealing with a registered intermediary in matters of or connected with any regulated activity; or to ascertain the particulars of the registration of a person as a principal or subsidiary intermediary and any disciplinary orders have been imposed by the MPFA against that registered intermediary within the last 5 years (disciplinary orders older than 5 years, if any, will not be shown in this register). Any person making use of this register is prohibited from using the information contained therein for any purpose other than the purposes mentioned above. Any use of the personal data on this register for purposes other than the above-mentioned purposes requires the prior consent given voluntarily by the individuals who are the subjects of the data pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486).

Information posted on this register is compiled on a best efforts basis. This register contains information sent to the MPFA by third parties, which is for your information only. The MPFA has not independently verified the information and will not be responsible for any error, omission, misstatement or inaccuracy in it. The MPFA reserves the right to omit, suspend or edit any information submitted by third parties. Although the register is updated every working day, it may not contain the most up-to-date information of all MPF intermediaries as there is a time lag in processing and updating the information of the MPF intermediaries on the register. In certain circumstances, such as system failure or other unexpected situations which are beyond the control of the MPFA, the time lag may be longer.
