MPFA revamps mobile application to give tips to job seekers

The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) has recently revamped its mobile application MVP@workplace, adding more interactive and experiential features to provide Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) information and tips for job seekers.

One of the new features of the application is the “CV Generator”. This is a practical, one-stop tool that enables users to generate a personalized CV by choosing a template and keying in details such as personal information, work experience and educational background. Many first-time job seekers may consider the interview to be the most difficult part of job hunting. The MPFA’s “Virtual Interview” mimics the job interview scenario by providing a virtual interviewer. This section helps users practise their skill at answering questions properly in both Cantonese and English. Users can also record their interviews to review their performance.

MVP@workplace also contains information on the MPF System and the MPFA’s latest events and promotional programmes. In addition, it provides users with practical experience in filling out an MPF enrolment form, along with points to note when completing the form. The application is now available for free download from the App Store or Google Play.
