eMPF – easy-to-use and brings you substantial benefits!
Use digital channels to manage your MPF with ease
Scheme member can manage their MPF accounts via digital tools, with instant access to MPF account balances, contribution records and investment returns, making MPF management simple and convenient.
The eMPF Platform launched by the MPFA will bring you an unprecedented digital experience for your MPF management! The eMPF is a non-profit centralized electronic platform, operated by the eMPF Platform Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the MPFA. The Platform standardizes, streamlines and automates the administration process, reducing the administrative costs of MPF schemes.
From June 2024 onwards, MPF schemes are getting onboard the eMPF Platform one by one. Upon completion of the transition process scheduled to complete by the end of 2025, scheme members will be able to access and manage all their accounts via this one-stop hub. Also, they can consolidate their accounts and manage their investment portfolios anytime and anywhere.
MPF trustees will send out notice(s) prior to the onboarding of the respective scheme. Scheme members should register from the date specified on the notice. Registration is required once only. If a scheme member holds a MPF account which has got onboard and has already registered for the eMPF Platform earlier, they do not need to register again. For the latest news of the eMPF Platform and the onboarding schedule, please visit the eMPF Platform website: www.empf.org.hk
Even if a scheme has not yet get onboard the eMPF Platform, scheme members are encouraged to use the electronic tools provided by trustees to manage their MPF, embarking on the path of digital transformation today.
