MPFA continues to consult labour unions on the user interface of the eMPF Platform (21 March 2022)
To ensure the eMPF Platform will meet the needs of different users, MPFA are consulting various stakeholders on the user interface of the Platform. MPFA conducted a consultation meeting with representatives of the Rights and Benefits Committee and Youth Affairs Committee under the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions (FTU) on 21 March. At the virtual meeting, the user interface mock-up of the eMPF Platform was introduced to about 20 committee members coming from over 10 affiliate unions and their views on the front-end design were sought.
Representatives from MPFA and the contractor responsible for the development of the Platform demonstrated common functions of the scheme members’ user interface including new employee registration and accounts consolidation, etc. Mr Eddy Chan, General Manager of External Affairs of the MPFA thanked the participants for the constructive suggestions which would assist the contractor to perfect the design of the eMPF Platform from the user perspective.
