MPFA consults MPF intermediaries on the user interface mock-up of the eMPF Platform (22 March 2022)
MPFA Chief Operating Officer Mr Leo Chu led a team of MPFA colleagues to meet with representatives of the General Agents and Managers Association of Hong Kong (GAMAHK) via video conferencing on 22 March, to share the latest developments of the eMPF Platform and its front-end portal, and to solicit their views for perfecting the design of the Platform.
Mr Chu expressed that the eMPF Platform would cover all MPF scheme administrative procedures through standardization, streamlining and automation with a view to enhancing the efficiency and user experience, and providing accurate and reliable one-stop services to all users. He thanked GAMAHK for providing valuable views and suggestions on the front-end portal. He added that the eMPF Platform would enable the industry to continue providing quality services to their customers with a whole new experience through digitalization, benefiting all stakeholders of the MPF System.
