To ensure the eMPF Platform will meet the needs of different stakeholders, MPFA senior management, together with representatives of eMPF Platform Company and project contractor of the eMPF Platform, met with various stakeholder groups from different sectors via video conferencing in the last few days (12-14 Apr), to share the latest development of the eMPF Platform project and seek their views on the user interface mock-up of the Platform.

Four consultation sessions were led by Chief Operating Officer Leo Chu, Executive Director (Members) Cynthia Hui, Executive Director (Policy) Gabriella Yee and Director (Product Regulation) Joseph Lee, and Director (External Affairs) Jonathan Ho respectively. Participating stakeholder groups included the Commerce, Industry and Social Affairs Committee of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association, the Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia and the Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited. Views collected from participants covered perspectives from employers, employees, the fund and the fintech industries, which could help the contractor to perfect the design of the eMPF Platform.
