eMPF Platform fosters digital transformation of MPF System (16 June 2023)
Mr Anthony Chiu, General Counsel of the MPFA, attended the Labour Department’s Tripartite Committee meeting for the printing industry last Friday (16 Jun), sharing with employer and employee representatives of the industry latest development of the eMPF Platform and the digital transformation of MPF System.
Mr Chiu said that the eMPF Platform, which is being developed in full swing, would standardize, streamline and automate the existing MPF scheme administrative processes, so as to improve the operation efficiency of the MPF System, create room for fee reduction, and enhance user experience for both employers and scheme members.
He added that MPFA, the eMPF Platform Company and the project team will join hands to build a user-centric centralized electronic platform that will benefit all stakeholders of the MPF System.
