MPFA Chief Operating Officer introduced the eMPF Platform to construction workers (22 February 2024)
MPFA Chief Operating Officer Ms Cynthia Hui and MPFA colleagues today (22 Feb) visited a large construction site in Kwun Tong and met with construction workers, introducing the latest updates on MPF, sharing the latest developments of the eMPF Platform project and listening to their views on MPF and retirement protection.
During the visit, Ms Hui said that the eMPF Platform would provide both web and mobile application, enabling MPF scheme members to handle their MPF anytime, anywhere, thereby offering much improved user experience. Administrative costs can be saved through this fully automated and one-stop platform, creating room for fees reduction and all MPF scheme members will benefit from it.
