MPFA Chairman listens to views of lawmakers of the Business and Professionals Alliance for Hong Kong (5 March 2024)
MPFA Chairman Mrs. Ayesha Macpherson Lau, along with Managing Director Mr. Cheng Yan-chee, Chief Operating Officer Ms. Cynthia Hui, and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Mr. Wallace Lau, met with lawmakers from the Business and Professionals Alliance for Hong Kong (BPA) today (5 March), and shared the major work foci of the MPFA including the latest development of the eMPF Platform and various initiatives to refine the MPF System and protect the interest of MPF scheme members.
Ir Dr Hon LO Wai-kwok, Hon Jeffrey Lam, Hon Louis Loong and Hon Benson Luk attended the meeting. They had a candid and in-depth discussion with MPFA representatives. Mrs. Lau thanked BPA lawmakers’ invaluable suggestions which were important references when the Authority formulating policies. She also called on the BPA to continue their support for the MPFA's efforts in enhancing the MPF System in the future.
