MPFA organizes trial use sessions of the eMPF Platform for Legislative Councilors (27 March 2024)
To pave the way for the upcoming launch of the eMPF Platform in June — the most important reform initiative of the MPF System, the MPFA organized a series of trial use sessions on 27 – 28 March for Legislative Council (LegCo) Members and their assistants that started today (27 March) to offer hands-on experience on the eMPF Platform and gather comments.
MPFA Managing Director Mr Cheng Yan-chee, Chief Operating Officer Ms Cynthia Hui, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Mr Wallace Lau, and the Chief Executive Officer of eMPF Platform Company Mr Eric Lui, together with the project team, conducted the trial use sessions at the LegCo Complex. Close to 30 LegCo Members and their assistants attended the sessions on the first day. Participating LegCo Members were impressed by the simple and easy-to-use user interface of the Platform and recognized the vast array of benefits and enhancements in MPF administration process that the Platform can bring to users.
Mr Cheng thanked the LegCo Members and their assistants for joining the trial use sessions and shared invaluable comments with the project team. He added that the project team will follow up their comments to ensure the Platform is“convenient, easy and enjoyable to use”.
