IT and Fintech experts attend the Trial Use / Demo Session of the eMPF Platform (21 May 2024)
The eMPF Platform, the most significant reform initiative of the MPF System since its inception, will be officially launched in late June. The MPFA is organizing a series of Trial Use Sessions (TUS) / Demo Sessions for the eMPF Platform to gather feedback from different stakeholders’ perspectives, with a view to continuously optimizing the Platform and further enhancing user experience.
A group of 20 experts from the information technology and FinTech sector attended the TUS / demo session of the Platform on 21 May. They explored various features of the eMPF Platform on both employee and employer portals. During the session, they provided valuable feedback and shared their experiences in mobile applications and platform operations with the eMPF project team. Participants agreed that the eMPF Platform has a user-friendly interface and aspire to the multiple benefits it will bring to all users.
