Chief Executive Officer of the eMPF Platform Company Mr Eric Lui was interviewed by Metro Radio’s programme”創智傳城”, introducing the latest updates of the eMPF Platform (the eMPF) and the onboarding arrangement.

Mr Lui introduced in the programme the substantial benefits that eMPF would bring to employers and scheme members, such as allowing scheme members to use the unique eMPF account for lifetime and enabling them to access and manage all MPF accounts across all trustees and schemes through a single account. The eMPF would also enable employers to handle MPF administration tasks electronically, saving manpower and time, enhancing efficiency and avoiding human errors. 

He reminded scheme members and employers whose schemes were yet to onboard the eMPF not to register in a rush. To facilitate the smooth transition from the existing trustees to the eMPF Platform, a string of support services is available to scheme members and employers, including service hotline and service centres, Mr Lui added.
