MPFA Chief Operating Officer Ms Cynthia Hui was the keynote speaker at a seminar organized by the Pension Schemes Association (PSA) on 27 Jun.  She shared with the industry that the eMPF Platform had raised the curtain and spearheaded digital transformation of the MPF System.  

Ms Hui added that the eMPF Platform which commenced operation on 26 June, marked the start of a new era for the MPF System. The Platform represented a win-win-win solution for scheme members, the industry, and the MPFA, delivering tremendous benefits to all stakeholders, and advancing the digital transformation of the MPF industry. The eMPF Platform will centralise and digitalise all the administration processes, allowing the industry to focus on delivering better investment management and providing better investment returns to scheme members. 

She also took the opportunity to thank PSA and the industry for their contributions to the eMPF Platform project, and called on their continuous support to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the eMPF Platform.
