MPFA Managing Director introduces the eMPF Platform at an open seminar (29 June 2024)
MPFA Managing Director Mr Cheng Yan-chee attended an open seminar jointly organized by the Hong Kong Public Libraries and the Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society on 29 June, sharing basic principles of financial management, and introducing the key features of the MPF and the eMPF Platform.
Mr Cheng said that MPF is the assets of individual scheme members, eligible cancer patients and their carers can withdraw MPF to meet their financial needs.
Mr Cheng said that the eMPF Platform is a centralized and one-stop electronic platform which would facilitate MPF scheme members and employers to manage all their MPF accounts anytime anywhere with their smartphone or computer, making the MPF management more convenient and easy. The eMPF Platform will also reduce the administration fee substantially to benefit scheme members.
