MPFA General Manager (Information Technology) Vivian Lee attended a webinar organized by an MPF trustee on 16 Sep. She introduced the key functions, benefits and supporting services etc., of the eMPF Platform to about 2,000 employer representatives.

Vivian Lee said that the eMPF Platform was launched in late June this year, with three MPF trustees’ scheme having joined the eMPF Platform so far. MPFA and the eMPF Platform Company are offering comprehensive support services to assist scheme members and employers of the onboarded schemes such as the provision of outreach team to workplaces and offices to provide onsite assistance to employers and HR practitioners for helping them with registration and use of the eMPF.

She also reminded employers not to rush for registration, as their account information would not be shown on the eMPF until their trustee is onboarded. Employers should follow the onboarding schedule of the MPF schemes for registration.
