eMPF Platform helps Hong Kong working population better manage their MPF and accumulate more retirement savings (26 September 2024)
MPFA Managing Director Cheng Yan-chee attended the Annual Dinner of the Pension Schemes Association on 26 Sep, sharing with the MPF industry the latest updates on the eMPF Platform.
Cheng Yan-chee said that since the launch of the eMPF Platform in June this year, the MPF schemes of the first three MPF trustees had joined the Platform one by one. MPFA, eMPF Platform Company, and trustees have been collaborating closely to gather feedback from users and provide necessary support to them for addressing operational issues and enhancing user experience for scheme members and employers, with a view to migrating all MPF schemes smoothly to the Platform by the end of 2025.
Cheng Yan-chee thanked the MPF industry for their continued support to the eMPF Platform project, and look forward to the industry working together with MPFA to help the working population of Hong Kong leverage on the eMPF Platform to better manage their MPF and accumulate more retirement savings.
