eMPF Platform – MPFA exchanges views with FTU Standing Executive Committee on the eMPF (07 November 2024)
MPFA Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Mr Wallace Lau and Chief Executive Officer of the eMPF Platform Company Mr Eric Lui attended the Standing Executive Committee meeting of the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions (FTU) yesterday (7 Nov). During the meeting, they exchanged with FTU President Hon Stanley Ng, Chairman Hon Kingsley Wong, and Members of the Committee and introduced the latest progress of the eMPF. The eMPF Outreach Team also showcased various functions of the eMPF.
Mr Lau said that since its launch at the end of June this year, the Platform has been running smoothly in general. MPFA will continue to listen to user feedback, improve its functionalities, and enhance the overall user experience. Mr Lui said that he understood both scheme members and employers would need time to adapt to a new platform. The eMPF team will actively organize and participate in various activities to meet with frontline and grassroots workers, and employers from different industries, helping them to use the eMPF Platofrm. MPFA and the eMPF Platform Company will work closely with FTU to jointly promote eMPF to the working population.
