The eMPF – A centralized, one-stop, digital platform providing comprehensive MPF scheme administration services (11 November 2024)
MPFA Director (Enforcement) Ms Cynthia Li shared the latest updates, key functions and benefits of the eMPF to accounting professionals at a webinar organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) on 11 Nov.
Ms Li said that MPF schemes have successfully joined the eMPF as at end October 2024. When all MPF schemes get onboard the eMPF, employees and self-employed persons will be able to view all of their accounts in different schemes at a glance, manage their accounts and perform transactions across schemes. Employers can also enroll their employees, handle contributions, review transaction records, and receive digital reminders of contribution due dates via the eMPF.
