MPFA Managing Director interviewed by Commercial Radio programme “On a Clear Day” and RTHK programme “Open Line Open View” (14 November 2024)
MPFA Managing Director Cheng Yan-chee was interviewed by Commercial Radio programme “On a Clear Day”（在晴朗的一天出發）and RTHK programme “Open Line Open View” （自由風自由Phone）on 14 November, clarifying some facts about the operation of the eMPF Platform (eMPF) which appeared in the media recently.
He said that the overall operation of the eMPF was in general smooth, adding that it had processed over 60,000 digital instructions since it was launched in June. To help employers and scheme members use the eMPF, the eMPF teams have conducted 1,200 outreach sessions so far. The Authority will continue to enhance eMPF support and education to help users in their transition to the electronic platform.
