MPFA establishes eMPF Standing User Group and Expert Group to enhance user experience (7 March 2025)

 

Since the launch of eMPF Platform in June last year, MPFA has been collecting users feedback through various channels to optimize the Platform's operations. With the second phase onboarding commenced in March, MPFA established an eMPF Standing User Group, inviting current users to provide feedback. The first meeting was held on 7 Mar, where participants were updated on various enhancements of the Platform, such as improved interface design and enhanced bulk upload function.

 

 

  

 

 

Representatives from the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions, the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council, and the HKSKH Lady MacLehose Centre, who attended the meeting, expressed that the eMPF Platform could help them handle MPF administrative tasks and look forward to more improvement measures beneficial to user experience.

 

 

  

 

 

Meanwhile, MPFA and the eMPF Platform Company established an eMPF Expert Group last month. This group, comprising IT experts, management of large technology and digital platform companies, representatives of IT trade association, and university scholar, provides professional advice from a third-party perspective to enhance the Platform. Recently, the eMPF Expert Group held a trial use session, where attending representatives tested various eMPF functions and provided professional feedback, aiming to enhance user experience and services of the Platform.
