MPFA meets with LegCo Members on key 2025-26 priorities (12 March 2025)
MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau, together with Managing Director Cheng Yan-chee and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Wallace Lau, met with Legislative Council Members yesterday (12 Mar 2025) to discuss MPFA’s key priorities for 2025-26, including latest updates and enhancement measures of the eMPF Platform, and various initiatives to refine the MPF System.
The first meeting was attended by Liberal Party LegCo Members, namely Hon Tommy CHEUNG Yu-yan and Hon SHIU Ka-fai. This was followed by another meeting with Members of the G19, namely Hon CHAN Kin-por, Hon CHAN Chun-ying, Hon Robert LEE Wai-wang, Dr Hon Wendy HONG Wen, and Hon Duncan CHIU from G19.
Mrs Lau highlighted that the recent meetings with LegCo Members have provided the MPFA with valuable perspectives on MPF and retirement protection. She expressed her sincere appreciation for the insightful suggestions shared by the Members and invited them to continue supporting the MPFA’s effort to strengthen and enhance the MPF System.
