MPFA shares the latest developments of the eMPF Platform with the delegation from World Economic Forum (25 March 2025)
MPFA Managing Director Cheng Yan-chee, Executive Director (Policy) Eric Cheng and Director (Policy and Regulation) Kent Yau met with representatives of World Economic Forum (WEF) on 25 Mar, sharing the latest developments of the MPF System including eMPF Platform and default investment strategy, and exchanging views on issues of common interest.
Cheng Yan-chee said that the eMPF, which is the most important reform initiative since the inception of the MPF System and a major financial infrastructure in Hong Kong, aims to reshape the ecosystem of the MPF System through Fintech and bring tremendous benefits to all stakeholders.
