Pledging Ceremony of the Governance Charter for MPF Trustees 2018 cum Seminar (24 May 2018)
The Pledging Ceremony of the Governance Charter for MPF Trustees was held on 24 May 2018, in which all MPF trustees pledged to put scheme members’ interests first and uphold the Governance Charter for MPF Trustees. The trustees committed to putting in place a sound governance framework to operate MPF schemes efficiently and effectively for the benefit of the working population in Hong Kong. The pledge will enhance public confidence and trust in the MPF System.
After the pledging ceremony, MPFA held a seminar for the MPF industry, where a number of experts exchanged views on governance issues.
